Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains how Foshan Shengshang Furniture Co., Ltd. (佛山市盛尚家具有限公司), operating Luxury Furni at luxuryfurni.com, handles personal information when you visit our website, send an inquiry or purchase a design service. We are based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. For privacy questions or requests, email pjian400@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
- Inquiries and correspondence: the name or company name, email address, country or region, WhatsApp number, project type, budget, furniture requirements, reference links and messages you provide.
- Project files: floor plans, drawings and other materials you choose to upload or share. Please remove unnecessary personal information and only share materials you are authorized to provide.
- Accounts and orders: account details, billing and delivery information, design-service selections, order history and payment status when you use these features. Payment providers process payment details according to the payment method available at checkout.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, access times, visited pages and anti-spam verification results. Inquiry records may include your IP address and browser user-agent.
2. Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, plan and deliver design or furniture services, manage accounts and orders, communicate about your project, maintain the website, prevent spam and fraud, and meet applicable accounting, legal and dispute-resolution requirements.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely, as applicable, on steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and protecting our services. Where consent is required for a particular activity, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Sending an inquiry does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Fields marked as required are needed to process the relevant inquiry or transaction. Optional information is your choice; without enough contact or project information we may be unable to respond or provide a quotation.
3. Cookies and bot protection
The website uses cookies or similar technologies for features such as language preferences, login sessions, shopping carts, checkout and security. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect these features.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser, device and network signals, including IP addresses, for this verification. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We also use hidden anti-spam fields and form-validation rules. These checks can automatically reject a submission; if you cannot submit a genuine inquiry, contact us by email.
4. Who may receive information
Information may be accessed by staff handling your request and service providers supporting hosting, email, website security, payments and website maintenance. Where your project requires it, relevant information may also be shared with design, production, shipping or installation partners to quote for or carry out your requested service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights.
When you choose WhatsApp, a social-media link, a cloud-file service or a payment provider, that service handles information under its own privacy policy. Only send information you intend to share with that service.
5. International processing
Our business operates in China, and information you submit may be processed in China and in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy rules can differ between countries. Contact us for details about the recipients, processing locations and any transfer safeguards applicable to your information.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose: inquiries and project files are kept for project follow-up and any resulting business relationship; order and transaction records may need to be kept longer for accounting, legal obligations or disputes; technical records are kept for operation and security needs. We consider whether the information remains necessary and whether a legal requirement or unresolved claim requires further retention. You may request deletion as described below; some records may need to be retained for these reasons.
We use website security measures, access controls and anti-spam checks to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee complete security. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in inquiry messages or uploaded drawings.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email pjian400@gmail.com with your request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction. UK visitors can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; EEA visitors can contact their local data-protection authority.
8. Children and policy updates
Our furniture and design services are intended for adults and business customers. If a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. We may update this policy as our services change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
